A number of our assignments have entailed assisting agencies in the identification of organisational improvement programs designed to generate bottom-line savings and process efficiencies. As a component of this process, we have developed benefits realisation plans to assist our clients to plan for the implementation of the improvement strategies and measure the success of the strategies to ensure the expected benefits are realised.

Benefits realisation planning provides a structured and quantitative means of measuring success.

Performance Benchmarking

Human Assets has employed performance benchmarking as a component of our assignments to assist clients in identifying the level of their performance in comparison with relevant organisations. We have an extensive international network to assist in locating and contacting relevant benchmark organisations.

We have also conducted benchmarking studies as independent programs to facilitate executive decision making. These activities entail conducting independent literature reviews, in addition to gathering benchmarking statistics from relevant organisations.

Change Management Advice & Planning

At Human Assets, we have extensive experience in planning change programs. Effectively planning a change program is the key to the success of its implementation. Human Assets work with our clients and their people to ensure that all relevant issues are considered and all relevant stakeholders are consulted. We identify the key issues and impacts of the change program and develop strategies to communicate the change and overcome any potential resistance. This ensures that the program is implemented as effectively as possible.

Individual Development

Human Assets works with individuals to identify opportunities for personal development. This is valuable for use with both talented and difficult employees. It provides talented employees with detailed personal insights to further develop their career potential to the next level. For difficult employees, it provides a detailed analysis of their interpersonal style to assist in determining the factors that may be causing interpersonal conflict with colleagues or preventing career progression.

Team Development

Team development entails working with individual teams or business units to identify the strengths and weakness within the team. Individual and team profiles are developed to provide valuable developmental feedback to individual team members and the team as a whole. This feedback focuses on the key variables responsible for team effectiveness. Human Assets uses these profiles in facilitating team effectiveness workshops to assist the team to identify opportunities to improve their cohesion and performance.

This process aims to provide a rich and rewarding experience to encourage team members to work together through developing their own interpersonal skills and developing a deeper understanding of the strengths of each of the team members.
